Went there looking for a good deal. And found it first go. The lad who was looking after me was great. Very attentive and helpful. Thanks Lookers I would definitely go there again when this poor cars time is up.

Excellent customer service from Joe Pegan, got the car in 3 days, ready to go. I didn’t come to buy car straight away but the customer service he is provide with knowledge and good deal. I got the car and ready to go. Thanks Joe.

Absolutely disgusting customer service and poor quality of car. Bought a 6 month old Insignia. Had it serviced annually. Engine seized due to failed oil pump and diagnostics wasn’t reading right, all before the finance was even payed off. Car wasn’t worth repairing as it required a whole new engine. Vauxhall lookers didn’t want to know and now Im being forced to pay off the finance of a scrap car. Feel really let down and disappointed. Spoke to the dealers in Speke where the sales manager was rude. Also spoke to head office. No joy. Disgusting customer care and service and poor poor quality of car!

I already have this morning and your sales managers (Lookers Speke) final response was.. 

 “so what? These things happen. I have the power yo clear it but Im am not clearing any payments for you. You need to pay!” 

I have contacted you accordingly. This is my review of your poor service which everyone can see and choose to go elsewhere 👍🏼

You sold me a rubbish quality product that i looked after but it still broke. Now your telling me I need to keep paying you for this rubbish quality product that has broken and unfixable. 

You should be wiping the final payment. I told your head office this morning that I will be leaving bad reviews everywhere for you if this is your final answer. Forcing me to pay the finance on a broken product sold by you or you will default my credit rating with a black mark next ti my name! Thats poor customer service and bullying me into paying for a product you miss sold me

I've had 2 appointments in the space of 4 weeks and have had to wait a combined total of 9-10 hours (and counting....) as they promise certain times when they clearly can't deliver to those timescales. I've had to cancel plans as I was told approx 1pm my car would be dropped off and it's 4:50 and counting.... never again
