Intended to buy a mini from this dealership. We made an offer despite that 1) car has been involved in an incident 2) another customer on site was unhappy and made it clear why in front of the sales rep ( another tricked up customer ) and 3) challenged them on the price given age of the car. The plate number of this mini LP12KSU. Stay away. Response from the dealer is that given the area this car will sell quickly. They don't answer and don't like anyone asking questions. Stay away from this car and from two amazing sales executives there named David Campbell and his manager Gemma Dean. And stay away from that car. They don't answer any questions whatsoever, just expect some fool will walk in and just buy it because it's all shiny. Look carefully around that car . Hope this helps.

Trying to wriggle out of replacing a faulty timing chain on our Mini 1 which has failed after just 25k miles. A very common problem with Minis due to a BMW design fault. Chris Reeve, the Customer Service Manager is trying to get me to deal with Mini direct, despite us having no contract with Mini, this is after Jack, a Customer Service rep as good as accused my wife of lying. Let's see if the upper management are any better. Wouldn't recommend, I'd have put no stars if that option was available. Update is that upper management was no better and we were left with a 4 figure bill to correct a fault that was inherent in the car when Vines sold it to us due to BMWs faulty design exacerbated by errors in the servicing manual. Vines just took the money and washed their hands of responsibility.

Very honest and great customer service! Despite not buying a vehicle from this dealership Meghan was more than willing to give her support in checking the history of a different BMW at another dealership (Toyota)! Very pleasant experience and I'd thoroughly recommend you contact this Sales Exec.

I work in a car dealership, So I was dreading going to another one. We just walked in on a Sunday to look at trading in our car. QUick decision kinda thing. We walked in and the AC was going, It was clean, There was Tea and Coffee, Magazines, Merchandise to look at and so many beautiful cars on show. We then had the pleasure of meeting with Erich, Senior Salesman. He took us out to the car that we wanted to see, Let us have a look round it. Took us out for a test drive. So seamless, organised and stress free. We loved it, Put a deposit down, and awaited his call the next day. Ready to collect on Wednesday. GREAT. Unbeknown to us, there was a little issue with the car, That even BMW didn't know about until they did their checks, now this is a good thing and it just shows how thorough they are and how brand aware they are. They could have sold us the car and we would never have known. He was honest and so accommodating. It wasn't ideal but because we were so looked after we didn't care, we just knew it was going to be ok in the end. A day later, We had chosen another car, They turned it around in 1 day for us so we could still get it on out desired day of collection. The little extra bits they did were amazing and made us feel so welcome and looked after. This has to be THE BEST Sales, Purchasing experience we have ever had. I will now myself be converting to BMW when my car is up because the service is exemplary, and second to none. You want to go and see Erich, if not any of the others will look after you just as well. Erich is an asset to your team and recognition needs to be had. People are so quick to complain but the journey we had with VInes BMW is one that we will never forget. Thank you to Erich and the Team. WE WILL BE BACK!! Thank you so so so much. P.s. WE LOVE THE CAR!!! Mr & Mr Groves
