I would just like to say how hugely impressed I was with the service I received from Elliot Forbes​​​​ when I bought my Mini Cooper from your Guildford branch recently. Elliot was professional, knowledgeable and friendly - and was super patient with all my questions. I couldn't have wished for a more professional, helpful service. From start to finish, the purchase of my car - including the fitting of the extra accessories I ordered - went so smoothly thanks to Elliot, who made a great effort to ensure that I was happy with everything. The car is gorgeous, by the way, and running beautifully. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your branch to anyone - I was also impressed by the positive and friendly energy at your branch on my visits. Thanks again, Elliot!
I have had issues with Vines BMW Guildford in the recent past where I have not been 100% happy. But now praise must be given where praise is due. Vines employ a very capable Service Advisor Blake Hollands who, working within the constraints of Vines and BMW protocol has managed to provide our household with major " Customer Delight". My wife's 2008 Convertible is still covered by BMW's Comprehensive Warranty till 100,000 miles and after being inspected by Vines Service dept was found to have failed twin Catalytic Converters, the cost of which I was told ran into thousands of pounds with parts and labourthese are listed as covered by the BMW Warranty. I'm currently driving the repaired vehicle after being reunited after 2 days of loan BMW/ Mini and still kind of in shock that BMW Warranty and Vines of Guildford through Blake and his team have supported our household with great cover and after care service. For this we give deserved praise and many thanks!!
Booked my vehicle in for some investigative work. The receptionist was friendly and efficient and they were able to fit me in within a couple of days. While the vehicle was there I was kept up to date with progress reports and they were luckily able to sort the issue that day. A big thanks to Blake for his hard work.
Very good. Booking my car online for a service was very straightforward. Contacted the next day. Staff were welcoming and polite. The service advisor and technician actually listened to my description of the problem and rectified the issues fully which were also covered by warranty. 1 star less because a small issue was identified during the inspection, which could have been easily rectified there and then, but was just left. For a BMW AUC vehicle, only a month into ownership, I expected more support. Overall a very good dealership, would recommend.
Just had a service. The early check in service allows you to just drop off keys, excellent idea. Mariah provided excellent customer service kept me advised about the service and let me know the car was ready earlier than scheduled so I could pick it up early, so I didn't get a repeat of the nightmare M25/A3 road works I had to contend with on the drop off trip! Excellent service all round.
Not the best experience sadly. You can't leave a zero star, or I would have. Basically told to sort the issue myself, so sent to the Ombudsman to get their overview. Friendly staff and good coffee, but you find out the true "customer experience" when things need resolving and sadly Vines have shown it's not existent.
Recently dealt with Eric Wickham and he helped me find my dream car , He didn’t judge me because i was young and gave me the time of day. The manager also came over and shock my hand which i thought was great customer service working in sales myself. I walked out happy and am waiting for my new car to be built
I dealt with Eric Wickham. He sold me an ex demonstrator car and gave me a first class experience. All services and insurances were explained without any sales talk. He was content if I said yes or no. The car was exactly as described and the drive is first rate. It was pouring with rain when I arrived and Eric had parked the car undercover so I could still enjoy getting into my new purchase.
Following the purchase of my car, the company buyer Sunny Ballay contacted me to explain the process and arrange an appointment for someone to meet me, inspect the car and to provide a condition report. The young man who attended was very polite, he introduced himself and produced the appropriate ID before carrying out the inspection. Following receipt of the report, I received a phone call confirming that all was as described and the agreed price was transferred to my bank account within half an hour. I received a further phone call confirming the funds was deposited into my bank and once satisfied, the car keys and documents was handed to the driver who then took the car. Overall, the process was professional executed from the start and I was very happy with the service provided
All was good. Mariah our Service advisor was very welcoming and helpful describing all what will be needed in advance and via the phone later with all the details checking with engineer. It was easy to call her back via direct line, that’s very convenient and easy. So I could call her anytime. Car was washed at the end as well. Thank you!
