Absolutely shocking customer service. It appears they don't want to sell cars. 

I made an enquiry on a vehicle they had in stock, no one got back to me,. After chasing them for a couple of days they informed me that my enquiry would be passed over to the Basingstoke branch. That would mean that the car at Guildford would need to be moved over to Basingstoke for me to view it.

The Basingstoke branch have been equally unhelpful, as they don't want to deal with me as the car isn't located at their site.

If this is how they treat a potential customer that wants to spend money purchasing a car, I can't imagine how they would treat a customer with an issue after purchasing.....
