The worst experience I have EVER had!! Spending £30'000 on a brand new car is supposed to be an amazing experience! I've never had to deal with such incompetence before! Was given the wrong delivery date to begin with, finally I receive the car & it's faulty! I spend two years being lied to then ignored! it is being recalled time and time again! I take it into the garage spotless with petrol and get it back from the service department with the petrol light on with 4 miles left in the tank & filthy inside I was speechless! I guess someone else has been enjoying my car more than I have!! Oh yes & when they bully you to purchase the formula one paint and tell you it can not be applied after it leaves the showroom don't believe a word of it! Listen to their 'on hold phone message' it can be applied up to 3 years after purchased!!! I am utterly disgusted & shocked how a valuable customer can be treated!!!!!??????? DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Lost interest with the sales person. Gave them my budget and all they kept on doing was showing me cars over it. Bought from Vauxhall in the end as they listened.

Fantastic! Such friendly staff, clean well presented showroom with well stocked snack bar. Tea and coffee was offered several times. The car was impeccable and the paper work very easy. Thank you Richmond!!!! Excellent job.

Free coffee :), good service, nice garage, decent staff. Oh yeah Hyundai cars are pretty good too!
