They may just justify 1 star, but the after sales service is non existent in this dealership. They do not have a direct line and communication is a central booking service who pass messages!!!!! always understaffed and responding to messages "from yesterday" not today! Dont bother with them and I even asked the guy to promise to call me the following which he did promise........but failed to call still waiting for a response after4 days!!

Very happy, although I hadn't sourced my Alfa Giulia Veloce from Bishops they are my local dealership and I called to ask if they could service my car. The service manager was very polite, helpful and happy to book me in. I had my car serviced today and they have done and excellent job and even cleaned my car for me. Thanks everyone
