After a slow start Guildford Audi really provided some excellent service. The sales manager, Shaz, took the time to understand our requirements and then one of the team, Philip was polite, helpful and looked to put the right offer in place for a new vehicle. We were allowed to take an extended test drive to make sure the car was right and then work through the options and price at a relaxed pace with no pressure to actually do a deal. Very happy with the team at Guildford Audi and looking forward to picking up the new car.

Very helplful team. Excellent customer service by Shane who took the time and stayed a little late to go over things with us. Also a very big thanks to Vicki who went above and beyond when we realised our own car was locked in the parking lot next door!

Truly terrible garage thought Camberley were bad but Guildford take the biscuit. Asked to buy an s3 couldnt show me car on the day asked to see it ASAP. Asked to put deposit down but couldn’t do it as we may do a px but couldn’t value car till deal done. Asked to look at px car but again a no. Asked to put a deposit down but again no. Told car would be ready for looking at in a week so again pushed to pay despoit but a no. Told today sold. Garage and Dan totally let us down. Stay away go to bmw at least the service is decent. Nick

Very bad service, horrible sales assistance. Went there 3 times. All of them I waited more than half an hour and told me to come back. No one called back. Pregnant and with a toddler we are looking to upgrate but seems we need to choose anotyer car.
