Used car purchased Jan 2018 - Insisted it needed a service and then asked me to pay for it when this was included in monthly cost. Then car broke down (17 Reg) Was kept for nearly 2 weeks - Customer service shocking, absolutely loved Fiat 500’s , but been put right off now.

My daughter purchased a fiat 500, from start to finish the service was outstanding I would definitely recommend, massive thank you to Tork and Kevin for the quick process in Amy picking her first car up, the service received from members of staff at bishops was amazing my daughter was made to feel so comfortable I can not thank the guys enough for everything they done for us massive praise to bishops and the high quality team they have there.
