I had a long term fault with my Jeep. It cut out while driving. The fault was diagnosed quickly and John kept me updated as the repair was being carried out. He was polite and friendly. My kind thanks go to the car mechanic as I believe the problem was a mare to get to. Lastly I want a big thank you to the person or people that cleaned the Jeep. Thank you All X

I have used this dealer for 4 years as they service the makes of company cars I have used and also my own or partner's car. Work is undertaken without issue - it is timely, of a good standard and the car is cleaned before it is returned to me. The problem is "front of house". I made bookings by the website and when I chase, because I haven't had a confirmation, the dealer says they never got the booking requests. I try to make bookings on the phone but rarely is the phone answered. Promised callbacks; which I never receive. The car park is a health & safety disaster waiting to happen. Every year I actually dread contacting them because I know the process will be painstaking. You'd think they didn't actually want the business. I've waited 4 years to vent this frustration and yet hear I am waiting for a return phone call.
