It was against my better judgement to go to the Guildford dealership having been messed about before by sales staff, however this time it was a completely different experience, no messing about with sales tactics and very professional. The car is naturally fantastic and will have no hesitation of using them again. A big well done to Harrison and Rosie.
Disappointed with the service in the end. I’ve purchased a c63 earlier this year. Apart from minor hiccups where sales people didn’t talk to each other and I got a couple of urgent calls, the rest of the process went fine. Couple of months down the line I discover that my car was owned by hertz. Not something you expect on a performance vehicle. Dealership didn’t make me aware of this. Neither did my salesperson reply to my emails asking to confirm that approved used warranty is still valid given that the car was ex-rental. Seems like after sales service just doesn’t exist.
I couldn’t be more pleased with the Service team at Sandown Guildford. During my most recent Car Service, I received great service, from the booking personnel who called me to schedule the service, to the receptionist, the Service personnel handling the service process, to the driver who dropped me off after dropping off my car for service, the Visual health check personnel, and the unsung heroes in the background carrying out the Service, MOT and the after service car detailing/ cleaning. They always exceed expectations every time I have had my car serviced or MOT done. I always value the various reports they give at the end of the service and feel that my car and I have been well looked after. Well done team!
Very good service and knowledgeable. Can't fault them at all as they were very helpful in everything we needed to know about our car and what we wanted. Definitely, I will go there again and recommend family and friends to go there too.
Every single person we met at Sandown, from the welcoming and happy Reception person, to the patient and helpful sales people, and the MD whom we met on the day we collected our car, could not have been more positive and cheerful. Oh, and the car is great too! Many thanks to all concerned.
It was a bad experience ever. First, no one told me that my car was not washed and cleaned after doing service and MOT, I need to call back and asked to have a car wash the next day. Second, no one told me my dash cam was unpluged and didn't plug it back during the service, until I tried to check the dash cam the next day after the car washing. Thridly, the reason why I wanted to check my dash cam was because I found a scratch mark on right front of the bumper, so I asked if they know what happened to my car during the service and car washing. All in all, neither the representative of Mercedes can show me the scratch had been already here before I dropped in Mercedes, nor me can prove that it was Mercedes's fault, as my cam was disconnected for 2 days. I really don't have any memory of making these, for my personal feeling, it was bad and unhappy.
Ben Akinsola is amazing, been a client of his for the last 4-5 years. Ben also goes the extra mile to make sure me and my husband are looked after, and always meets our needs for the car we choose. Ben has always pulled out the stops for us when we pick our car up, whether that be videoing it for us or making us unwrap the car. Unfortunately, this time Ben was not there when we picked up our car on Saturday, and the experience was not good at all. Nothing was prepared for our car to be out front; the other sales representatives didn't know what they were doing, and the wait time was very long to wait for a car that should've already been prepped. You would expect more when paying so much for your car, but the special feeling was not there this time.
I went to test drive a car here c43 diamond white, i was looked after by Matthew who works there. Very friendly and professional. Matthew displayed true professionalism and kindness from start to finish. You dont get that from every dealership, usually some salesmen can be rude and annoyed and push you to buy the car however matthew was very informative and patient with me. He took me for a test drive, explained everything well and showed me around the car, was honest at all times. This is what you call great customer service, i hope everyone can be like this and i hope matthew the best for the future. Thank you Matthew at Mercedes Benz of Guildford.
Corner candy shop down the street offers better customer service compared to this branch. Five days ago I left review and in reply they said someone will be in touch to discuss. No one has bothered yet hence it proves they are definitely bunch of LIARS.
Liars Where to start : Booked in my first service for our GLS which was covered under courtesy service by Mercedes Benz SUPERMARE THEY WERE Exceptionally HELPFUL. The booking was made 2 weeks ago and this branch was made fully aware about courtesy service. On the day vehicle was suppose to be droppedtoday just before handing over keys the staff started playing their game. We will not release the car unless you make the payment or the SUPERMARE branch makes the payment towards the service which makes sense. That shows how unprofessional they are. They should have organised this before hand to deliver good service but why would they bother !!! But this is not over yet as thriller is yet to come : The manager rang me later in the afternoon telling me that the super mare branch has not cleared the payment yet hence vehicle cannot be released unless the payment is made. The service manager could not take the criticism and decided to hang up the call. very rude of him. And he lied by saying that a job sheet was signed by myself which I clearly did not sign. I would like to see who signed it and investigate as this is clear fraud if done by your staff. After he hang up the call I rang backafter few seconds to speak to the same manager but I was told that he is not in the office anymore. This was obviously another lie which was made to cover up the teammate . After I was asked to leave a message for the manager he was on the phone with in twenty seconds . Lol another lie. I would rather drive all the way to western SUPERMARE Mercedes Benz and spend all day along the beach and collect my vehicle in the evening than dealing with these bunch of liars. God knows what they do with your vehicles on your back .
