Quick and good quality service. Asked for appointment for an A2 service and got one within a week for a Saturday. Very convinient. They have drivers to take you home while your car is being serviced and also picking you up when they are ready. You can pay at your friendly staff no hassle. You get your invoice in a small booklet, well presented and not paying a fortune at all. Value for money. Washed the car and cleaned the interior. Well done. Thanks

Very poor had booked test drive went In the assistant who meant to take me on test drive wasn't available then after 30 minutes somebody appear to attend us and then after fiddling around for another 10 minutes we been told the car we are interesting in is not available in showroom and come back around two weeks time or we will give you a call very poor attics of work.

Our sales rep Tim was, and continues to be very helpful. He kept us informed the whole way through the deal, making everything as easy as possible. The staff as a whole were nothing but polite and attentive and I would certainly recommend MB of Guildford if you are in the market for a new Mercedes or Smart. My partner is loving his Forfour so far!
