Good food, very generous portions, reasonably priced. Excellent coffee. Courteous, efficient, helpful and charming staff set an example for the whole catering trade. Stable room pleasant and quiet with a large comfortable bed. Heating adequate in less than ideal weather. Thoroughly recommended.

We were hungry driving from Reading to Bibury and everything was closed but then we spotted Vera's kitchen and dropped in. We hit the jackpot - kids were happy and adults were praising the food. Organic juice , parsnip soup, beetroot sandwich and the most amazing omelette we ever had! Yummy does not do it justice

Lovely to have Vera's open again. My friends had soup and I had beetroot, feta and hummus on sourdough. Thoroughly enjoyed it, good pot of tea. Friendly service. Did not have cake but they all looked very tempting!

Lovely eating place. Nice setting on the high street,. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Really nice friendly staff, huge portions and great food,what more do you want, I mean.... Look at the size of milkshakes!!!
