Called in as we wanted a really good Sunday roast as a treat. No where near as good as our last visit, we presume it's changed hands. Food was just ok, I got the impression that the mixed veg was just out of the freezer, and possibly everything else as well.

Pub restaurant right by the river. Good food and drink. Plenty of outside seating. In the winter usually an open fire. There is a parking charge. But if you spend ten pounds or more they refund your money. Also you can hire canoes nearby if that is your thing.

Nice setting for a coffee in the morning and food isn't extortionate. Be prepared to pay for parking but you can get it off you bill if you spend a tenner!! One star knocked of because the coffee was a cheap quality

Great little riverside venue that serves both food and drinks. Warming inside seating area with the option to sit outside with a great view of the river and surrounding fields. Friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic for a lunchtime meal and afternoon walk. Only reason this is not a 5 star review is due to pay to park. Other than this reason great place to visit!
