Not a bad place. Was better than we expected, had heard some horror stories about Travelodge as a company (not this particular hotel) but generally a pleasant night stay. We used it as an overnight stop on our way to the Isle of Wight. Has a Hungry Horse on-site. Which was very busy but the service was excellent. Very fast on the food. And the food was delicious. Also has a Wacky Warehouse soft play centre on-site. This isn't massive but it was good enough for my 2 & 5 year old for a hour. Could have stayed longer. Overall a good pick. Will use again.

Stayed for one night on a week day. Reasonable price. Excellent service provided. The room was a decent size with a large amount of space. Reasonable sized carpark provided. Extra hot beverages provided and close to facilities in town. Very close to Ferry port.

Nice hotel basic. Warm welcoming! Bed was uncomfortable that's because I'm used to memory form. And it was great that there was a hungry horse underneath.

We were lucky to have a decent size room which a bonus. Clean, we arrived late after midnight, it was easy to find and have private parking. Receptionist was polite. Decent price.

Brilliant staff, clean room and perfect for the ferry port. Private and safe parking for my motorbike. I would give 5 stars, but it's not a five star hotel, it is however fantastic value and perfect location for travellers to France.
