We had a very good stay, very comfortable and couldn't want anything else really, very good value for money and great location. Breakfast was very nice too and lovely coffee. We absolutely loved the pool, perfect for our 16months old baby and warm water. The only little thing for me was the fact that the room was very warm and I struggled to bring the temperature down, but that probably my own fault:
I had a pleasant experience during my recent business trip. The check-in process was efficient, and the executive room I stayed in was both comfortable and well-appointed. The breakfast offered was excellent as well.nnWhile I found parking to be somewhat challenging initially, the availability of backup street parking was a helpful option. Having stayed in various hotels for work purposes, I can confidently say that this hotel met my expectations and provided a satisfactory experience.nnAdditionally, the location is advantageous, with only a short 15-minute walk to both the outlet and the seaside. Overall, it was a commendable stay.
First, I had great service, great room executive, lovely daily breakfast and a good time in the pool/jacuzzi.nThis was a business trip so I have been around a few hotels in the area and UK-wide.nn4 stars all round. just missed 5 stars but very close.nThe jacuzzi needs to be hotter/warmer,nParking is a challenge but on-street provisions and only £5 per day is peanuts, I pay 3x-4x that in other cities.nBreakfast and staff are brilliant.nnCheck-in was ok, short staffed so I was a bit delayed but attended to with a smile, apologised and a lovely experience.nnI was sceptical due to other reviews but my few days stay for work and walking distance to the outlet and beach daily was great.
Stayed for 1 night and was pleasantly surprised! Check in was at 3pm and was quick, the staff are friendly as well. Parking costs £5 per night, the car park is a little tight but you can buy a permit to park on the street for the same price.nnI chose a family room and it was very spacious, it had a double bed, a single and a sofa bed. The room was clean, it could do with a refurbishment as it shows its age, but it was functional enough. The bathroom was modern and had a shower. The soundproofing is good enough as well.nnThe swimming pool was a bit small but it included a sauna and steam room. The jacuzzi was not working which was a bit disappointing.nnThe breakfast had a good variety of continental and cooked breakfast. There was a coffee machine and you could order other cooked breakfast to order. The only letdown was that the juices tasted watered down especially the orange juice.nnOverall a pretty good stay!
I stayed here for a short family visit in Feb 2024. The room was spacious and clean, and the location was convenient. Breakfast was good and free, and the staff were polite. However, the sofa bed was uncomfortable and a bit squeaky.
