Superb value for money! Incredibly friendly staff, tea/coffee in the room, 24 hour desk and, a bar and a pool table! We loved staying here while visiting family and will definitely go again. Also, the cleaning is 10/10.nnPS. The bathroom isn't as small as everyone says, it's totally fine.
I like this hotel. The rooms are clean and beds very comfortable. A great Service with nutritious breakfast. There is lots of Christmas decorations and Christmas atmosphere. Pets in this hotel are very welcome but only friendly the same as people. I would recommend this hotel and would give as 5 out of 5 the rating
As soon as I arrived I was presented with a QR code and told if I gave the hotel a 5 star Google Review that they would give me free parking. I didn't take them up on that as I wasn't paying, but thought it was a bit cheeky. Room was alright, though it was hard to stop shower from spraying all over the tiny bathroom. Breakfast was alright, bar was alright. Great location for uni district.
Rooms are small but exactly what we needed since we were barely in the hotel. Just a bed and a bathroom. Perfect.nnThe service is great. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast buffet for the price.nnThe location is perfect. 8 minute walk from Portsmouth & Southsea and well-located to walk to any other parts of the city.
Check in staff was lovely. My room was spotless. Great shower. It's a really nice hotel inside. I was very happy, great value for money. Nice big TV in my room too.
