The receptionist was very welcoming. The rooms were exactly what you needed though there were odd smells in both rooms we had until we opened the windows and aired it out. Dog friendly hotel. Great location to get away from the busy centre but not too far away to walk. Lovely deli directly across from the hotel.Rooms: 5/5
It was a night stay as we were at the boxpark for the first England games of the euros. Alison on the front desk deserves a massive shout out. She was polite and helpful. The room and bathroom were spotless. No complaints at allRooms: 5/5
The staff were all very friendly, especially Sue, who was chatty and friendly, and gave us useful information about the locality and how to get into the city centre easily. We stayed in Room 108 which was nice and quiet with views over the docks. Everything was clean and comfy. We picked this Travelodge because it had free parking but the transport links into the city centre were excellent - bus or taxi - or you could walk it in. Rooms: The staff were all very friendly, especially Sue, who was chatty and friendly, and gave us useful information about the locality and how to get into the city centre easily. We stayed in Room 108 which was nice and quiet with views over the docks. Everything was clean and comfy. Stayed on in Liverpool for a couple of nights after flight into John Lennon Airport About a 40 minute walk along the front into Liverpool. Free parking plus a restaurant and a deli across from the hotel which was well stocked. Very helpful staff, would stay again.
Great stay for a quick trip to Liverpool. Parking on site, comfy bed and the staff were super friendly Over the road, there's a lovely deli too so was nice to pop over there in the morning and grab some picky bits!
Night of ,18/5/24, VERY pleasant reception staff ,A good location. The housekeeper ! No hand-wash in container, One hand towel, One bath towel for a COUPLE !! No tea bags , Room had been inadequately vacuumed, Inadequate !! One toilet roll for a COUPLE, This was on the floor ,Not in the holderRooms: 4/5
Everything in the room you would expect for the price. If you want more tea/coffe/milk just pop down to reception. Very clean. Only grumbles, heating resets itself to 20 degrees... too warm! Oh, and moving an elbow while sitting on the toilet dislodges the toilet rolls. Very poorly designed holder! Happy to call again.

Enjoyed a night here to explore Liverpool and the Christmas markets etc. with my partner. The 5 stars for the room is based on value....obviously it's not a 5 star hotel lol. The room itself was clean and tidy with no issues I'd like to share here. Well, okay, the shower wasn't particularly powerful or hot but it was perfectly functional. Staff were very friendly and helpful on both arrival and departure. Great location for sightseeing in Liverpool at a great rate, particularly when you take the onsite parking into consideration. There's also a restaurant and food hall opposite. What else can I say....we'd definitely check out the room rates and availability here, next time we're thinking about another trip to Liverpool. The photos are from around the city. Funnily enough, it didn't occur to me to take any of the Travelodge ha ha.
Travelodge standard room. Slightly smaller than we have stayed in at other sites. Left door hangar requesting fresh towels as nowhere to dry used ones. On returning to room that evening towels had not been changed, had to go to reception to get dry ones. Shower certainly not a power shower, more like standing under a watering can!! Reported to reception on leaving, apologised and thanked us for reporting it. Great location, good views, nice quiet room.
