This is a charming little premier inn situated in an old warehouse on the docks. The food and drink is the same standard you can expect from an premier inn, and the staff were extremely lovely, seemingly cheerful and happy. The bed was very comfy and I had a good night's sleep each night spent while on a business related trip. The decor is of the dated old style from premier inn, however, this might change considering they are slowly refurbishing their premises nationwide. In short, I would highly recommend.

A well run hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms cater well for the traveller. Beds are clean and comfortable and the showers are well maintained, clean and spacious. Clean towels are provided daily if required. Breakfast are well managed with a wide choice of traditional fried breakfasts, continental, or fruit and yoghurt. Toast , bagels, pastries and cereals are also available on an 'all you can eat' basis. Hot drinks and fruit juices are also provided. The restaurant also has a good choice of well cooked evening meals.

Stayed here for one night 2nd of April 2018,A great building with lots of character.Staff very helpful and friendly( but not overly so) room was clean and tidy with a very comfortable bed had a great night's sleep.Breakfast was great lots of choice and again friendly staff would highly recommend staying here. Negative points are no parking attached to the hotel. There are car parks opposite and they fill up quickly. There was only one lift in working order to service the whole hotel.

It was exactly what you'd expect from a Premier Inn. They're pretty much the same everywhere. Unfortunately we got a room right next to the main door into the floor and were woken up several times by people coming through noisily late at night. Not entirely the hotel's fault but it did impact on the quality of our sleep so it has coloured my experience. Apart from that no complaints.

Great location at the Docks and is quite a unique style in what used to be an old tobbaco warehouse and have manage to keep the exterior structure in its original state. Room was good although lighting was poor but that was no big deal to me. Spacious, comfy and quiet which is what I need in a hotel and this duly delivered. Only criticism is when trying to book an evening meal the receptionist said just turn up at 8.00pm. No good to me that and had to look elsewhere.
