We had the opportunity to stay at this hotel during our school trip in Liverpool. For the price given, it was an excellent hotel. Our rooms were a bit too small for three people but they were still very comfortable. However, the food was excellent every day and we really enjoyed our stay. The biggest issue was the WIFI connection which was very weak, but we were able to live without it. 
A big thank you to all the members of the staff who were very kind and patient with us.

I stayed here with my daughter for two nights while sightseeing in Liverpool. It was a reasonable price and just what we needed for our resting place. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean. Plenty of towels were supplied and we had a lovely view of the docks. Mugs were supplied for a cuppa in the morning too.

Rooms very clean and although only small perfect for an overnight stay. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
Brilliant location, only 10 min walk to Albert Docks where there is a great choice of bars and restaurants.
Free parking at the hotel too which is a bonus.

Welcoming and friendly, pleasant though basic rooms. Ideal for a break with views of The Albert Dock and the river Mersey. The food was delicious and nutritious with a good choice of options. I will be staying there again in the future.

Good hotel for short stay. It's a smaller version of a ships cabin. Helpful staff good food. Clean an tidy
