I stayed for business so can't review on value for money but my room was great, very clean and spacious.  The bed was super comfy, shower was spacious, I had coffee facilities in the room.  The breakfast was good and staff were professional.  I had a good view of the Mersey from my window.  The room was a little dark, even with all of the lamps on.

We stayed here for a mini break. The location is fantastic. Views all round. We had a very comfortable and spacious  room with a huge window looking out over the Docks. Very quiet at night. Breakfast was quite decent with lots of food choices and they supplied GF options for us. The staff are fantastic.  So so friendly and helpful. They were very busy, think most rooms were booked, but each and every member we spoke to had time to talk and help us. This was my first visit to Liverpool, and it is a wonderful city, the staff at this hotel are a credit to it. A real bargain price for such a prime location.

At the end of the day this is a Holiday Inn so you cannot be too critical and be unrealistic with your expectations. Hotel itself is set in a beautiful converted warehouse by the docks. The rooms are clean and tidy and the staff are friendly.  The downsides are the beds too soft, but I appreciate this is subjective!, the bright lights throughout the night which never turn off and the constant Beatles music I like the Beatles, just not that much!!  Breakfast is also poorer than I've had in other hotels of this sort which is a shame.  Overall and average review but still one of the best Holiday Inns I've stayed in.

Was a bit disappointed with this Holiday inn. Stayed in others and they were much better. The staff were friendly and dealt with a problem with no hot water in our room very quickly. Our room was a great size with plenty of space,however the bed was small and the free breakfast was limited with just scrambled egg,bacon,sausage and beans , no fried eggs,mushrooms or tomatoes ,so would not stay here again.

I can't recommend this hotel enough. The staff were so helpful, and delightful. They went above and beyond in every way. We were comfortable, fed, and looked after by eac and every one of them! We also had a few laughs with them. Definitely be back!  I'm

1 night stay with my daughter. Location on point, room views on point, comfy beds and pillow on point, shower on point, service on point, one big no no was breakfast. Hot buffet food was luke warm at best, bacon like cardboard, and queue for the 1 toast machine long. Continental food was scarce, maybe us dining at 9.10 am is considered late? Would stay again but without the breakfast option.
