Room is lovely with a few highlights and just a couple of odd quirks. Fantastic views of the docks and the bed is so comfortable. The weird but not deal breaks are that each time I press a light switch it seems to do something different; the bathroom light switch is no where near the actual bathroom; and in my room the small table (which I need to do work on) was no where near a power socket so I had to move it. However I would highly recommend the rooms regardless. Breakfast is nice, but I've had better.

A wonderful hotel in a lovely location. The rooms are large and spacious with a large comfortable bed. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The prices for a night are very reasonable. Unfortunatly its not all roses... Second day we had no coffee, they didn't top up and we had to ask for more. PARKING. You need £15 cash in coins for parking each day, or you can download and pay with an app, not very easy entering your credit card details in the pouring rain. I cannot comment on the food. We decided not to eat here after paying £7.90 for a small cappuccino and a latte.

We stayed here last night and we were very impressed. The hotel was beautiful,spotlessly clean and in a great location. The room was decorated beautifully, the bed was comfy and we were provided with tea and coffee, water and toiletries. Check in was so easy and the staff were lovely. We enjoyed a three course evening meal which was cooked perfectly and the service was great. We also enjoyed breakfast this morning which was lovely. There was a great choice of food and drinks. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely love this hotel. Was on the third floor but had a good view of the wheel. The beds are very comfortable even though they look lumpy at first glance. Was always tricky getting up in the morning as I was so comfortable and cozy. Bathroom is ultra modern and love the blue light switch effect on the mirror. Nice assortment of supplies in the bathroom and the shower has two options of which shower head to use. Lights everywhere and you may struggle if you only need a night light. Good selection of channels on the TV but what I love the most about this place is their breakfast. Soooooo many options to select from. I definitely ate a lot more than I needed to eat every morning. Beef sausages are the best I have ever had and you can request all sorts of eggs from the counter. Would love to stay over again. Customer service is spot on and the rooms are cleaned daily. Very highly recommended.

The hotel was excellent. We requested a room with a view when booking, and were given a room on a high floor. The staff were also excellent. Very polite and attentive. We were asked if were visiting for any particular reason, and were told that if we needed any advice on things to do and see, they would be more than happy to recommend some places. We would definitely stay at the hotel again.
