I've stayed at the Pullman Liverpool every visit over the past two years, sometimes with my child, and the experience has always been outstanding.nnThe rooms are consistently spotless, comfortable, and finished to a high standard. What really makes this hotel stand out is the staff, who always go above and beyond to help. Any issues are resolved quickly and professionally, without ever making you feel like you're being a nuisance.nnWhether travelling alone or with family, the service has always been exceptional. A fantastic hotel with a wonderful team – I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
Stay vigilant with your belongings.nnThe check-in staff were friendly and welcoming.nI have no issue on that.nnMy biggest concern was that my 200 dollars was stolen, after the housekeeping session. Thank god she left remaining the 300 dollars.nnTo the young lady housekeeper assigned on 2nd floor, I trust that truth has way of coming to light.nnI chose not to escalate the matter to the management, this would not lead anywhere. I will not get my money back, clearly.nnLeaving the note here for the upcoming guests, please store your valuables in the room safe.nnTo hotel management, please train your housekeeping staff on integrity and moral values.
This hotel is in a brilliant location for the Albert docks, Liverpool centre and the arena. The staff are really friendly, rooms great we had a brilliant view and yummy breakfast the next day. We will definitely stay again.nParking is at a nearby multi storey which is a bit pricey for 24 hours stay we were a little over 24hrs and it was £32.
My husband and I visited for his birthday, I paid for a superior room and got upgraded for free to a deluxe as I had requested the room with the floor to ceiling windows. I had also paid around £45 for extras in the room which were lovely. My only real criticism is that I had paid for the mini bar to be stocked on arrival and it wasn’t, even after asking 3 times after arriving twice via the phone in the room and lastly in person at reception it still took over 3 hours to have it filled. The staff were all really lovely and polite. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety to choose from. Beautiful location. We would stay here again for sure.
A very well-deserved review for the team at Pullman Liverpool.nnI’m going to spend the last few days here during the ACT Annual Conference quite literally the biggest event the conference has hosted, with the hotel absolutely at full capacity and having worked from the lobby all day on the first day check in day eaten here, and watched the operation unfold firsthand, I felt compelled to leave a review.nnWhat stood out wasn’t just the hotel itself, but the people behind it.nnChris, Harry, Kieran and Maddy all went above and beyond, as did the bar team, despite the sheer volume of guests arriving, checking in, changing rooms, coordinating requests, and the general organised chaos that comes with a completely sold-out hotel opposite a major event venue.nnIt would have been easy for standards to slip under that kind of pressure but quite the opposite happened. The team remained calm, professional, welcoming and incredibly hardworking throughout. Watching it all unfold, it was genuinely impressive to see how well the whole operation was managed.nnHospitality is often judged when things are easy the real test is when the hotel is absolutely heaving, and this team passed with flying colours.nnHuge credit to everyone involved. A superb effort and thoroughly worthy of recognition.nnWell done, Team Pullman Liverpool nnBy the way - the gentleman behind the bar young lad reccomended the scouse - it was lovely
