Staff is very friendly and helpful, delicious breakfast. Room and toilet was clean but there was not enough toilet rolls and the batteries in remote control didn't work‍ good location. There is everything you need to spend good timenin London!
Nice place to stay. Clean, tidy and good temperature. Helpful staff. I arrived at midnight and there was still someone at reception, answering quickly.
Stayed twice. First time, the room we checked into hadn't been cleaned but staff responded quickly and effectively. Second time no issues. Car park is expensive £20 for 24hr
The Super room is clean and modern, very quiet. Bed very comfortable. The coffee machine makes half-decent coffee. When we arrived on Valentine's day the towels were sculpted into a swan shape on the bed and scattered with rose petals which was a nice touch. Overall a very pleasant experience, especially for the price.
Pretty good for a budget hotel. The rooms are much as you would expect in a Travelodge. The dining facilities are pretty good with plenty of seats. But it is the location that makes this a good hotel with the city only 30mins walk straight down the road. Well worth it for a budget stay in the capital!
Extreemly dried out and terrible breakfast so requested a refund. Promised a better experience for the following day and refused a refund for that day. The orders were wrong and recieved poor service considering we were the only couple in there for breakfast. Will be asking for a refund for this breakfast when I get home.
