Just your usual budget hotel to be honest. Some of the staff are really friendly and efficient and then on the other hand you have some staff that are completely the opposite. Overall clean and standard budget hotel room. I would stay here again if I wasn’t so bothered about customer service. Breakfast is decent and normally when I stay in hotels I don’t tend to speak to the staff as often so for me as long as the room and breakfast is good I’d come back again.

Hotel is situated right on the A10, which is handy, but noisy. Popular with contractors, so the car park was full of large vans, hardly any room if you arrive a bit late. The room was fine, except for the road noise and breakfast was acceptable, but nothing special. Staff were helpful. Only Travelodge I’ve ever seen that needed a security guard.

Great location which is ideal for either Central London or M25. Ample parking space available. Staff are also really friendly and food is good. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Good value for money.

Horrible. I stayed here to be relaxed and have a nice weekend with my partner as our busy schedules leave us with no time for each other. However the cleanliness, the manners, the attitude people came to work with was terrible. I was always waiting around for someone to see me at either reception or the bar, I get your busy but even the security guard came round 3 times looking for someone to serve us. The rooms were disgustingly dirty. Toilets brown and black, bath mat had a line of rust around it when I lifted it up, shower curtains dirty and smell of dirty musk/damp, hot water?? Can't review as I didn't have any, more like Luke warm. The food was very poor. I was struggling to decide what I wanted but as i came to a decision the lady serving us said she wouldn't recommend that as it's horrible and recommended I had something else, which was vile. Bad tempered when there was a confusion with our tables, cutlery dirty and again a lot of waiting around. Beds were springy and very squeaky, so every time I turned over in my sleep i would wake my partner. Of course it being right by the motorway I expected to hear outside noise which i did but that wasn't an issue. We also wanted breakfast but not one place in the hotel was there the times of when breakfast was on, to be told the next day they stop serving at 11. All round it was not the best experience although with more enthusiastic workers (cleaners included), I reckon it would be a much better place to stay.

Rooms was clean and good condition. However it was very warm (it was only 5c outside) but had to have window open next to very busy road junction. Food and service in bar was dismal at best. Long waits for really poor microwave food. Ok for cheap room but eat and drink elsewhere
