Great location easy to get around. Loads of nice restaurants nearby. The staff are friendly. The room is nice and clean, BUT! it is very very very small. There is absolutely no space even to put my carry on luggage. If you travel with any suitcase you won't be able to move around the room at all. There's no desk for working in the room and there's no business centre or lounge area other than the pub to sit and work from.

My favorite hotel in London. Amazing location, you can anywhere in London in minutes being this close to major stations. Even if they are small for American standards, rooms are well decorated and furnished. Hotel has good amenities for business travelers such as a micro kitchen in each floor and a business center. Room service menu is top notch and there are many good options around if you aren't feeling lazy or tired. Gym is modern and includes classes at nearby clubs like Barry's at no extra cost. I can't really complain about this hotel, it's a bit pricey but it delivers beyond expectations, I will definitely be returning to it in the future.

It was an unexpectedly pleasant experience staying here. I was upgraded and while the room was still small, it didn't bother me because it was only me staying in my room. There is a kitchen in the hallway that has really delicious cake, candies, and coffee/tea. I've never had that at any hotel and I'm a SPG Platinum. The location was super convenient-by the tube and shopping. If anyone is taking the Eurostar this is even more convenient. There is also a Michelin restaurant that's part of the hotel-too bad I didn't get a chance to try!

Lovely property, well done renovation and styling, super convenient. But be aware, only bathtub, no shower in some rooms. The snacks in the pantry are amazing!

Beautiful hotel, although the rooms are a bit small. Location is absolutely outstanding with easy access to anywhere in London. Service is nice but lacks the free bottled water I get at other SPG hotels.
