One of the best hotel. Staff is very cooperative. Buffet breakfast is very best. Wi-Fi is free. Rates are also reasonable. Coffee house is very good. Hotel is maintain very clean. Rooms are very specious. Tea and coffee maker is available to all guests Food quality is also good. I like this hotel.

We stayed there for one week. Very comfy place with a wide selection of breakfast. Centrally located in the heart of ilford. 5 mins walk to the nearest train station. There are lovely restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner.

Nice accommodation, very neat . Nice and comfortable family room . Accessible to many amenities . Staffs are nice too. Will like to stay there again.

We were sent from the dumpster Britannia Inn that had a leak and got flooded to this new dumpster. I could not move in this room without getting hit by the wall, bed, etc. It was so uncomfortable and the manager ripped us off when we booked the room and got a deal. The deal was confusing and we ended up paying double the price for this ridiculous room. It is not a hotel, it is a parody of a hotel. The bed and the mattress were horrible, I could barely sleep. The only good thing was the staff like the others mentioned. Helpful and nice. They even printed the boarded passes for the next flight. This company should go out of business. Do not go there and do not go to Britannia Inn either. The bathroom was so tiny that I could barely move in the shower, It was so uneasy and hard to spend four nights there. We will not go back.
