It was just a short stay but it was fantastic. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room spotless. Breakfast tasty. Would definitely stay again.

Loved it. The room seemed small to begin with but it had all that i required. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The bathroom and shower were amazing. BREAKFAST! LOVED THE BREAKFAST! So much choice and value for money. Must go back highly recommend. Only problem was a lack of parking.

We had one very bad night here but it was due to the inconsiderate people in the room above us. The staff did nothing to prevent their noise but they did refund us for the night as a gesture of good will. We stayed for a total of 3 nights and other than the noise on the 2nd night the stay was lovely. Staff were very polite and friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect for the activities we had planned in London

Good price on line. Free parking. Friendly staff. Plus helpful. Nothing special but clean. Will stay again

The rooms are clean and the WiFi is fast. Breakfast is so-so. However, if you find the hotel car park is full do not park on the road as I end up with two penalty notices (once in the evening and again in the morning). Complaining to the hotel on the phone (I only were aware of the notices once I arrived home) got me static and told I should of asked where else I could park. The girl on reception listened to my greivences with a bored 'I have heard this dozens of times' tone to her voice. That has made what was supposed to be a cheap stay in Ilford for a business meeting and expensive proposition costing me over £300. Better off going to Premier Inn, etc. where parking is guaranteed.
