I went to check my shoulder with Doctor Ferran. He's an outstanding doctor and after discovered my problem my life became normal. The Platinum Hospital and the staff are great.
Very modern facilities. Extremely welcoming staff. Ground floor café. Good disabled access.
The care that I received from this hospital was amazing. Our family is most grateful to be at this hospital. The whole medical staff has been most accommodating and attentive.
Prompt check-in procedure and always had decent quality service from doctors and nurses. Parking can sometimes be a problem but they offer a concierge service so just hand in your keys and they'll sort out the parking. The coffee shop has decent coffee too...always a bonus!
Nice environment, excellent doctors and nurses. Need more work on their accounting system. But in general, great place
Friendly staff through all departments, fast billing and the few times they have made any accounting errors, they have fixed them quickly and with an apology. Patient welfare really does seem to on the minds of staff at all times.
In for day case surgery as an NHS Referral. Excellent service from admission to discharge. Highly reflective of how such a caring profession should present itself. Thanks to all.
