I have been with this GP for almost five years and recently their service has been very poor. I have called the practice five days in a raw as I had serious earache. Only to find out there is no availability to see the doctors after waiting on the phone for 45min. This happened to me three times of my calls. The practice might be busy but the phone call response shouldn’t be more than five min if there is no availability for the day. I end up to go to A&E and changed my GP.
