Very rude and ignorant receptionist. Should get another job! Very poor: Communication, skills and capability to do the job.
This surgery is an absolute shambles, even ordering repeat medication is a massive headache, constantly changing procedure. Avoid.
Never can book appointment always fully book and always issue with prescription
