During a trip to London, I developed a severe leg infection that quickly became my worst nightmare. Thankfully, I found Doctor Today and was seen immediately by Debbie, who was an absolute lifesaver. She expertly diagnosed and treated the infection likely cellulitis with great care and compassion, answering all my questions and providing detailed self-care instructions. As a US traveler unfamiliar with the UK system, I was incredibly grateful for her kindness and expertise. A week later, I'm back home and my legs are healing well. I can't thank Debbie enough for her exceptional treatment and I highly recommend Doctor Today for any urgent medical needs in London.
I was given a same day appointment when I had a worrying concern with my daughter. Dr Patel was kind enough to see us in her lunch hour! She also called me the next day to fallow up her progress. Can not praise the team enough for their proffesionalism and kindness. Very grateful for getting reassurance and help.
As always, I am so grateful for the personalised care and expertise that the Doctor Today family has afforded me. I have a very skewed perspective of the medical system as a whole and have witnessed its failings, incompetence and lack of ethics, which wrecks so many lives under the guise of professionalism and accolades. In Doctor Today I feel an unrivalled trust in the care, treatment and professionalism that I receive. Not only are they measured in their approach but always happy answer to very difficult questions, which is reassuring and cathartic. The practice is rightfully very successful, yet I never feel rushed or hurried out. It’s unfortunate that not everyone has access to this level of care, it should be standard however it is the pinnacle in my privileged point of view. Thank you again and again for always being there when I need you, and affording me the care which I otherwise would not be able to afford as I am a carer myself.

Dr Marissa Vassiliou was absolutely wonderful. I have not had such a thorough, thoughtful and insightful GP in a very long time. She was able to refer me to great specialists and was so knowledgeable and kind. Definitely put me at ease with all of the issues I was worried about. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. The receptionist is lovely as is the nurse I saw prior to my consult with Dr Vassiliou. Thank you so much!
I've been going to Doctor Today for a few years now and I've taken my children as well on multiple occasions. Dr. Vasileiou is an incredible professional, thorough, kind, patient, knows how to handle children and put them at ease. Whenever I've been sick, or worried she's advised on the necessary tests or even prevented me from getting unnecessary ones. I can't recommend this practice enough.
I am beyond impressed with this very clean and comfortable doctors surgery. My appointment ran on time which is a really good start! The receptionist is so helpful and polite which is very important as first point of contact and made me feel very at ease. The Doctor was very kind and gentle as well as very professional and made me feel extremely relaxed during an examination I was frankly dreading. I would highly recommend this surgery to anyone as it makes going to the doctors a pleasant experience and not something to dread I still can't say the same about my dentist! . I was so grateful to find this clinic. As a tourist who was traveling through London from the states, and unfamiliar with where to go- I’m so lucky that I found this clinic! The doctor that I met with, Dr. Vassiliou, was one of the kindest and most compassionate doctors that I have ever met with. She really helped to calm me down and created a comprehensive treatment plan for my flu and to help me rest so that I could endure the travel back home to the states. I will forever be grateful to her and her care!
I tend to avoid doctors whenever I can as I find most of them at best somewhat detached and at worst, worryingly arrogant bordering on narcissistic. However, I picked up a persistent chest infection over Christmas and I remembered Doctor Today had competently treated me when ill six years previously the last time I’d seen a doctor. All good. Seen promptly by an attentive doctor Vassiliou, infection diagnosed and appropriate medication prescribed. Loses one star because they haven’t updated their website in three years. For everyone’s information - They ARE doing face to face consultations and have been doing so for quite some time now! I had to do some rapid work rescheduling when told the doctor would see me, which is obviously preferable, rather than do a phone consultation as per information on the website.
