This bakery truly lives up to the hype. The pastries were incredibly fresh, flaky, soft, and beautifully presented! I especially loved the sweet blueberry Danish, the perfectly flaky croissant, and the savory cheesy twist I paired with my filter coffee.nnWhen I visited in the morning, there was already a queue, a testament to its popularity. With only three tables outside, seating is limited. The staff was super friendly and took the time to chat with each customer, even during the busy rush.
Toad never disappoints, I get something new everytime I go and it's always good. Today's winner was the ham, tarragon, split pea quiche, the flaky pastry made it incredible.nnAbsolutely delicious pastries, great vibes, great staff, worth the wait every single time.
I cannot stress how much I love this place. Staff are so lovely and the pastries are great 100% of the time. If you have never been I recommend the everything bagel croissant and morning bun as your first things to try.
Toad Bakery, your pastries are FANTASTIC. I tried the croissant and the everything bagel croissant this morning, it was absolutely incredible. I cannot wait to go back and try EVERYTHING. Notes for customers: they only have filter coffee fyi :
Great heavens! This is a terrific spot worth queueueueuing for. Just really really good pastries and filter coffee. Sure there's bread too, and buns and tea cakes but shoving the everything bagel/croissant in your mouth and getting the cream cheese or whatever it is all over your face is what you come for.
