Absolutely fantastic, highly recommended.
Large, spacious, clean and comfortable rooms.
Beautiful bathrooms, with double sinks and a shower you could play football in.
We had a superior dock side room on the 1st floor and were wowed from the moment we stepped foot in the door.
The bar and restaurant areas are lovely and have a huge selection of rum, spirits and beers.
Helpful staff, nothing is too much trouble....including cleaning my shoe for me after a run in with a rusty crate.
There is a sauna, we didn’t try the wellness centre but I have been told it’s worth the visit.
If you book 3rd party the breakfast shows as £18 but if you book at the hotel it’s only £10.
You do have to pay for parking but it’s secure and convenient and only £5 for 24 hours. 
Less than £5 to travel most places in Liverpool like the center or Albert docks, this hotel is convenient, safe and luxurious.
It’s not the cheapest hotel but it’s well worth the money!

Stunning hotel. Would recommend to everyone. Beautifully well presented hotel. Rooms are huge. I got the superior room. Its like an apartment. Very clean. Love the old school mixed with new. Car park is secure and is a lot cheaper than most places in Liverpool. Food it really good. Staff are very friendly and very helpful. Perfect for romantic getaway. This hotel is a must stay if coming to Liverpool.

Great rooms and absolutely huge. We stayed in a superior corner suite and loved it. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is ideally situated and taxis to the city centre are about £5. All in all, it was fantastic

Stunning place. Really friendly staff. Made the choice of staying here instead of the normal city hotels  Glad I did. Rooms amazing. Bar contemporary modern. The ladies running the Spa went that extra mile  Sophie and the team even taught me and my gf how to massage. Quality place. The only small thing would be the breakfast  Just seemed average fit this type of establishment.  Still gets a 10/10.

Gorgeous place in a picturesque location. Food was really lovely,  service is the best.  Michael on reception particularly made my day, helpful and pleasant.  Rooms are so spacious! Only thing I could fault was the lighting level,  very dark in the room which is difficult to deal with when getting ready; nothing a light above the mirror couldn't sort though
