Three

I've had nothing but good experiences at this branch of Three. The staff are super helpful and friendly. In particular I'd like to mention Yaw, who helped me replace my SIM when I had my bag (and phone) stolen last week and I was very upset. He was so kind and helpful, and really made an awful day a lot better by being so nice to me. Really appreciate the excellent service, and I wanted to give him some recognition for being such a great member of staff! :)

Piyush did a huge favour for me. I’m visiting from the US and was having trouble with my phone getting service. He worked his magic and now I’m good as gold. The entire staff was very helpful, and I wasn’t buying anything. Thanks for helping my time here in London being much more enjoyable!

Was served by Ben, he's the assistant manager. He helped me to decide on a SIM deal, he was very informative letting me know about all of the services that Three offer such as feel at home and Wuntu which gives Three customers free gifts on selected retails. I enjoyed a free pizza from Dominoes. All in all, great service from Ben

It's a phone store. You buy phones. Not much to say other than that. Some of their staff could definitely learn more about how to sell to customers, and how to seem interested in their customers... But hey ho, it is what it is.

I walked in the shop to get 2 new contracts. Before agreeing to sign I asked that my personal details are not used for marketing purposes or shared with “carefully selected” partners. To which I was told that I can only opt out after I sign. The staff made no effort to check with Three if I can sign without opting in to this rubbish. So I left. Subsequently, I found out that it takes 3 weeks for the removal to actually happen.
