Bartletts Hi-Fi

I contacted Bartletts all the way from Western Australia looking for some help tracking down a replacement power supply unit for a speaker system. No one in Australia was interested in helping but Simon didn't hesitate to assist and managed to get the part out here even personally dropping it in the post. There are not many shops still around these days who are so friendly and helpful but Bartletts is definitely one of them.

As a novice, I recently sought and received advice on upgrading my old hifi system. Simon at Bartletts provided the most helpful and courteous guidance I could possibly have hoped for. His expertise was invaluable, and the transparent determination to learn what Simon needed to guide me to the right solution for me (Roksan, in the event) was a consistent comfort over a significant investment decision. Unable to service my JVC amp themselves, Bartletts extremely kindly recommended me to a different firm who were able to help. It is not every business in London that is so decent.

Purchased a new cartridge for my LP12; could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Fitted the cartridge in store on the day and I am delighted with the purchase. Wish I had discovered them years ago but will definitely be back.
