Best service I've ever had. I called up looking for a large home cinema package, after I had picked out the individual items I liked. Got in contact with a few other retailers asking for a package price. No one gave me the attention and service that Phil and Robin did. Absolutely outstanding from the first quote. From recommending me slight tweaks, advising me on where to save some money, built trust immediately. The end package price we agreed on was fantastic value for money in my opinion, but the service went beyond any expectations. I was gobsmacked when the sub arrived and what turned up was the next model up in the series, which was A LOT more expensive. Robin informed me that the one I had ordered was out of stock so they just got me the better model free of charge! Never have I had it so good. I want to thank Phil and Robin for everything they did and will say for sure they have gained a customer for life.

Bought a TV and AV receiver and generally really pleased. Would have been full five stars had it not been for the fact that on my second visit, the Deputy Manager Ali swore at me under his breath because I declined to take the extended warranty. He was aggressive and rude while trying to push the warranty onto me and even though he apologised, it was one of those half hearted apologies that don’t mean anything. Shame because the store is great and the rest of the staff are knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.

Fantastic service at Richer Sounds. Get sound advice and no sales pressure. Having chosen the TV 1 minute before the store closed, I quickly realised my idea of getting it home in a black cab was a bit optimistic. So they found a cab company for me with space for it and let me wait in the store for my cab. Made everything really smooth. 2 weeks on, very happy I went to Richer Sounds and I'll use them in the future.

I had bought a turntable from Richer Sounds earlier in the year and was very happy with it - until the needle fell out of the stylus and the whole thing was unusable. I called to ask what I should do and spoke to Jules who was not only brilliantly helpful, he was also extremely entertaining on the phone and with his encouragement I brought the broken turntable in the same day. Jules was just as funny and kind in person as he had been on the phone and the whole problem was sorted within minutes. Fantastic service - and seems like a very fun place to work too. Thanks.

I had to exchange a faulty amplifier, arrived home and the second one had a cosmetic issue, which fair enough, the shop could not predict. Another trip to the shop, and now there are no amplifiers in stock to replace. The way to resolve the issue, was to get the amplifier delivered from Richer Sounds warehouse to my working place as I would not be at home. 3 days later the day I was told the amplifier would be delivered... nothing, no notifications, no updates, nothing. Various calls to the shop to finally hear that it will not be delivered today because has just been shipped today!! Now that I have driven to work, and been paying parking all day so I could bring my purchase home. This is really not acceptable...

Purchased a Samsung 43inch 4K HDR TV today. Fantastic service from Deputy Manager, Ali and his team. 6 years warranty plus price match, what more can you ask for! Joe, the senior team leader who handle my order was absolutely brilliant, top class service and a person who anyone can relate to. Keep up great work. Many thanks to Ali for price matching!

Small shop but well stocked and with helpful staff. Items on display range from the prosaic and affordable through to some quite high end audiophile stuff. Lots of nice stuff and tends to avoid the sillier snake oil quackery stuff that clogs up some parts of the audio hobby. Not the cheapest but not expensive either, there is a cost if you want a bricks and mortar shop offering advice and after sales care. Recommended.

A pleasure to deal with. Knowledgable without the sales spiel. I'm experienced in AV equipment having worked in video and voice recording for a long time, but home audio was never a core part of that. I had in mind what I wanted to get, and having Jules' infinite information and knowledge to hand was perfect. He was not trying to up sell, he was trying to give me the best experience for money possible. I have dealt with Richer Sounds around the country since I was at university and I'm thrilled to see the ethos and culture has not changed. Great people who know what they're talking about and always want to help above sell. I'll be back again for sure.

Very impressed by the very high customer service standards. I dealt with Roberto who spent a lot of time explaining the various installation options, provided detailed drawings and a comprehensive email within 48 hours. Once an option selected, he continued to be very dedicated and responsive. Thanks and well done. Looking forward to testing the products once installed.

I have been to this store twice recently and didn't find the staff helpful even though I was ready to buy a TV. People say a human touch in a shop is better than an online experience but after being to this store I was left feeling 'they wasn't helpful'. Even the deputy store manager gave out the wrong vibes. Staff appear to only be interested in suit wearing customers and don't waste too much time on casual clothed customers. I shall stick to Online stores who are cheaper with with better customer service.
