Wrong Products Delivered website not easy to match 2 compatible products together. Had to order materials else where to get a job done And there is a very limited amount of shops to go in and get replacement face to face or ensure the products ordered are compatible. Advise try else where first then use RS as 2nd option. Kind Regards Sam
It seems pointless RS having a shop, nothing is ever in stock, it's not open long enough and the staff can't offer any help because they have very little product knowledge. The lady in this shop is so passive aggressive - she's actually happy when the stuff you want isn't it stock! I always go to Screwfix next door which is a totally different experience.
Rude male colleague, could be more polite when asking for a mask covering, and if you wanna raise your voice at someone, wear your mask first. At least his female colleague tried to apologise and explain the reason. But not keen at all to come back shopping at your store. So much difference from a phone polite customer service. Well lost another customer, keep that arrogant bossy attitude, lets see where it takes your busienss in 2021, unacceptable for customer service at this day and age
Extremely helpful staff, and very knowledgeable on how to navigate through RS' on line catalogue, and so the components i needed were found quickly. None of the components I wanted were in stock, but all were delivered before midday the following day - pretty good service - I can recommend.
Filtered my honest review of components purchased from them, delivered a faulty item thermoprobe out by 8C, excellent customer service and replacement sent out quickly, but poor QA to send out faulty product in the first place. Would have been 3 star review, but they refused to publish my review.
Stock levels are shocking! I think it is just one huge empty warehouse. Maybe 1 is every 70 items they might have.
