I am very disappointed by the facilities, staff and food. I've never had a more disappointed breakfast than in this place. The entire hotel feels stuck back in the mid 80's early 90s, with broken stair-lifts, far too many stairs that make it impossible for disable customers to move freely.

Just got back from a weekend here. We have stayed before a couple of times, which was fine but it has changed. They have refurbished the hotel but not for the better!!!!!. A Double Bed is definitely not a Double bed, it's a large single in my eyes......awful. Did not sleep at all the first night. Breakfast ok, but if you want dinner be prepared to pay through the nose!!!! If it was a 5 star hotel I would understand......, £16.95 for burger & chips, No Way..... Rip Off. This was our last visit

One of the best Holidays Inn I have stayed in. Not much to look at from outside but very modern inside. Bar good. Restaurant nice food. Reception a bit slow. Rooms ok. Comfy bed and great shower. Had meeting there and Magnet room was great. Staff were excellent and look after us throughout the day. Good stay and would defo go back.

Got a cheap deal and for the price it was excellent .. room clean and smart .. fun to wake up with swim and steam room before breakfast (although pool is tiny so not really swimming .. just fun with the children) .. breakfast good and quick.. receptionist and waiting staff v friendly and helpful

Only here for a meeting, did not stay over. Easy to find straight off M1 and easy to park. Good coffee and welcoming receptionist. Clean smart toilets.
