Fantastic hotel, very pleasant and friendly staff. Very clean and modern looking. Rooms are lovely and bathrooms are impressive with heated floors and mirrors. Only down point the windows are sealed shut in room, so a problem if its warm you need a fan. Would recommend :-)

Had Sunday lunch and my guests and I had a wonderful experience. Great food at reasonable prices. One can choose between 1 and 3 courses. The portions are just right for me could be on the small side for most. This is how it should be as you can have the full 3 courses without undoing your trousers! Great service too

Comfortable with good heating and plumbing. The food is pretty good as well. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. One star down because of slight mix up left them thinking I had not arrived when I had, and room wasn't attended to after first night. Don't let that put you off though.

Stayed here a few times and never had any problems. Car park is large enough so no issues no matter what time you arrive. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well appointed. Bathrooms generally modern and clean. The restaurant is nice enough with plenty of choice on the menu. Prices are reasonable. Breakfast is a choice of continental buffet or cooked to order. All in all a good choice for the area, would recommend.

Used to go to this hotel frequently and I have to say that I've never seen a hotel go downhill so fast. Since new management arrived followed by a new manager it seems that corners are being cut with little to none of staff that we loved are there any more. The hotel has definitely lost it's personal touch and it feels like the customer is not their priority. I was amazed to see the happy hour has now disappeared too...another cost saving exercise ? Pull your socks up Best Western or you'll lose all your regulars.
