It's clean, convenient and the staff are very welcoming, friendly and professional. Breakfast is decent too, with the chef being able to cater for coeliacs if you let him/her know you are coming. The room decor is a touch dated, but it's fine.

It's true, this hotel could be described as a little dated and run down. However, it is clean and comfortable, the staff are excellent, the bar and restaurant are very good, and the breakfast is also up to scratch (the buffet doesn't start until 7am if you have an early start). The best thing about this place is the location though, right on the quayside with stunning views if you are lucky enough to get a sea view and close to shops, pubs, and restaurants galore.

An absolutely brilliant location on the Key Side with such an excellent view and own car park too. It's especially nice when Poole carnival is on in November. Front row seats, IF YOU REQUEST A ROOM WITH A VIEW! Be wary, obviously there are rooms not overlooking the lovely Yaught area. The full English breakfast is fantastic too 😀

Stayed for four days, harbour view room does have lovely view, standard clean basic accommodation, breakfast good large selection of fruit, good cooked options. Various croissants, bread and cereals. Staff very attentive. Were courtesy called prior to stay, put out of way as there was a function on one night bit didn't hear a thing. Bit of a noisy drip outside window when it rained from the roof forgot to mention it. Later than normal check out.

Great location right on the harbour. Rooms are very nice and good food in the restaurant.
