Went there for breakfast. Very nice meal with good choice and very good service. You are unable to book a table for breakfast so if you have a larger party you will have to get there early and hope for a free table as it is first come first served. Lovely views of the marina and Poole harbour and you can walk around the marina from there which is very nice. It is also a historic building as it was the terminal for the old flying boat service that used to run from Poole so there is some information about that there. I would recommend.

Visited the restaurant on a quiet Thursday morning to take advantage of the Facebook offer of the month (in this case Buy One Get One Free on cooked breakfast and bottomless coffee). The quality of the food was good, service was fast and the overall experience very good. Will definitely be visiting again - their cakes are so amazing!

Only given you a 3. As the staff are very friendly but the hotel is looking a bit tried. Could do with a lick of paint. bathrooms could do with a make over. As we had black mould on the shower screen. Marks on the floor from something very hot. Could also do with new windows. As we had a draft from the windows and they were closed

Great views and location even if the rooms themselves are a little dated. Food in the restaurant was also very good.
