Many thanks to all of the team here for making our Christmas stay such a wonderful event. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. A fantastic evening meal and equally excellent breakfast. Many thanks also for the free upgrade it was most appreciated. Top marks for everyone here. Will definitely be back next year!!

Outstanding. The room was stunning, the service was exemplary. Do include breakfast when you book because it was amazing. We had a fantastic stay, I only wish we had stayed longer.

Venue was brilliant and styled really well. Great atmosphere. Just let down slightly by the food we had. It was a set Xmas menu but would go back to try it again. Wine selection was good though!

Upmarket hotel in a series of Georgian Houses joined together, near the harbour. Classic HdV, nice rooms, good service and great atmosphere in the bar and bistro. Food is basic but tasty.

One night stay, excellent. Well done, Hotel Du Vin at Poole, we only booked for a one night stay, before travelling on to the Channel Islands the next morning, Absolutely brilliant from start to finish, The room was super luxurious, with all the trimmings too, from a well stocked mini bar to fluffy slippers and a super soft bath rob for us both, after relaxing in the roll top bath or using the monsoon shower, The tea and coffee making facilities were very good, as was the fresh milk, so nice to have a fresh cuppa when one gets up :-) The staff were all most courteous throughout our stay, even though it was short. The hotel is ideally placed near to the vibrant centre of Poole itself, with just a short walk to the numerous shops and restaurants, There is parking on-site but, this can fill up quickly during the busier periods, although we had no problem in finding a space, and at ten pounds it was well worth it.
