Had my wedding here yesterday. Staff did well, all very friendly. Great service. Rooms are beautiful. Food was excellent. Might have to put a new hole in the belt.

Great location for a hotel. Nice place to bring the family. Lots of things to keep the kid's busy. Some of the staff are not very friendly or helpful. Majority of the staff are nice. Indoor swimming pool. Great onsite restaurant

Went to Ocean Palace (the pop up Chinese restaurant). As always the meal was excellent, the view stunning looks out over the beach and to old harry rocks. Staff are nice and efficient. Parking is quite hard to get (as its summer) but on this occasion we did manage to get a space.

Just had an afternoon tea- AMAZING! The service was so lovely and the good was so lovely. The scones were warm (2 each!!) and were the best we've ever eaten! The hotel has been modernised and so clean and fresh. Impeccable !!

Very clean, excellently kept rooms. Windows need replacing quite crafty in our room. Staff could do with training especially in the restaurant. Their new Chinese restaurant is however excellent, attentive staff very good food clean and overlooking the sea.
