This premier in was a perfect point to stay over and be ready for our boat trip to jersey. Rooms and restaurant were all clean tidy and well kept.

Did not sleep because of noisy room heater constantly making noise throughout the night. Premier Inn refused to honour the good night sleep guarantee. No staff on duty when we left next morning to report problem. Called customer service to tell them and they claimed had to be claimed within one week. Asked to be called by a manager and nobody called. Will not recommend this hotel. Overpriced restaurant average food too.

Very nice place to stay friendly staff and the meals we had were at a very high standard will stay there again and recommend this hotel to my friends

Pleasant enough stay, room/ facilites were clean, staff were polite we ate in the hotel the night we arrived and the food was better than I expected

Good hotel staff lovely food was very nice the lift did brake down so used the stares good room
