Welcomed with a smile at checkout. Easy parking all around the building but you do have to pay. Room very spacious, clean and tidy as expected. Decent size bathroom and I loved the walk in shower. No stains anyway. 4 out of 5 as the water pressure was bad. Sometimes down to a trickle on the bath basin and shower. Great service, who out a iron and ironing board as requested before I arrived.

The rooms were clean and bed comfortable much like a Travel Lodge. Catered for coeliacs and excellent breakfasts. Place outside to smoke comfortably. Staff friendly and helpful. No safe in the rooms but has the facility downstairs. Parking was expensive.

okay but far from great. the room was clean and the breakfast was great and the staff were fab. but... the room key didn't work first time around, we had a curtain that didn't do much with the light from outside (there was a big orange light out there... looked like the red light district!), the air con didn't work well (and was very noisy) so we had to have the window open which is meant we heard all the traffic etc. we did get our parking refunded (which I would have expected to be in the cost of the room.

I stayed 2 nights at holiday inn express in Poole. The room was great and the staff were very helpful. The only slight let down was the breakfast which was a little bit limited and overcooked but other than that it was fine
