Close to the harbour. Clean but had a problem with the room. We arrived very late due to boat delay and I had a very tired son. I'm paraplegic so we both needed to go to bed. The bed was a double and we both got in for a good night sleep. This wasn't possible because of the duvet that had hard lumps in. We were so tired we turned it sideways and went to sleep. I complained in the morning and wrote asking about the good night guarantee and were told because we didn't deal with it before we slept we don't have a complaint. Not sure how you can complain about a good night's sleep before you have had the nights sleep. Wouldn't recommend

Great place for a beer and hotel breakfast. Breakfast could improved a bit with the inclusion of more fruits. Nice place though for people staying at the Premier hotel...

Good points: Friendly staff Clean and tidy rooms, Comfy bed Free wi-fi good enough to stream a movie on. Plenty parking Good Evening meal in restaurant Good breakfast. However I will say the sausages advertised as “premium sausages” are probably the furthest away from premium they could be I expect a premium sausage to hive a high meat content preferably 100% but these where mostly Rusk so avoid if you are gluten intolerant or if you just like meat in your sausages.

My wife and I have been going to holes bay premier inn for a good few years and can't fault it we Will definitely be going back in the near future.

Staff very helpful and friendly, especially Ros who greeted us when we arrived and sorted my booking error very quickly. Only problem on ground floor can hear people walking along corridor above seemed very loud at 6am
