No I would not recommend this garage based on our recent experience. Promises were made when we purchased the car that scratches would be taken out, but when we went to collect it they had not been and we were casualty told that it is what it is. We paid extra to have a sealant put on to protect the paint which we would not have done had we known they hadnt got the scratches out first. Also made an appointment to collect at 5 my daughter had to leave work early in order to do so and basically sat there being ignored for half an hour without acknowledgement. Really not impressed.
Called in to look at getting a new car - asked if we had revised the car we were looking at - No - we didn’t revise - didn’t know it was a test! Sales exec couldn’t help us or offer a test drive - the mobility guy didn’t even make eye contact - obviously don’t need our business so we’ll take it elsewhere. Looked at several other dealerships today - all were a much better experience!
if i could give no stars i would. dropped my car of the evening before it was booked in so they had it ready. i call them them at 3:30 for an update as i hadn't heard anything and left a message with reception for them to call me as couldn't get though. no call. my husband called at 4:57 to be told that it won't be completed today as they go home in 3 minutes. i had no phone call to say my car would not be ready. the next day i tried to call numerous times but kept getting cut off. i still have had no update on my car as to when it will be ready. i have no car to take my kids to school or for me to get to work. it really is not good enough!
Shocking service from this centre. Had a MOT & Service booked in for the 2nd May then on the 1st of May I was called to say it can no longer be done as work to the centre will only be completed by the end of the month.nExtremely difficult to understand why they didn’t know about this sooner as we know have to find somewhere last minute as our MOT expires on the 6th and could possibly leave our business without a van for some time.nFrom what I can see I am not alone in experiencing issues with this centre with the wave of recent 1 star reviews so avoid if possible
Avoid. Last minute cancellation of service and MOT with no effort to fit in MOT sooner than the end of the month, weeks after MOT runs out, and now warranty will have run out too. Phone calls not returned and no real apology made. I appreciate some situations are unavoidable but it seems there is a pattern here of unavoidable situations and they have become increasingly unreliable. Read all the reviews for the past few months to see.
