From the moment I first went through the front doors to the moment I picked up my new Toyota Yaris the service was amazing! I dealt with James throughout my transaction and he was excellent, knowledgeable and really went out of his way to help. The showroom has a really nice welcoming atmosphere and all the staff have smiles on their faces. Look forward to dealing with them for the years to come. 100% recommend! (PS from initial visit to picking up my new car was just under 3 weeks just in case any one wanted to know)

I have been used to the uncertainties of "village garage" servicing and cannot praise highly enough all the aspects of the servicing procedures at Inchcape The quotation for the service was available two weeks before the service date and the costs did not change. I chose to wait whilst the service was carried out and all the staff that I had contact with were polite and very helpful. After the service, I was e-mailed with a video of the highlights of the service routine and a contact number was provided should I wish for any further questions to be answered. I cannot praise the the whole routine and attention to detail highly enough! Tony Jackman

The Yaris hybrid model we wanted was already in the showroom and had a good discount. After discussion we obtained a fair trade-in price and were happy with the deal. There was a little confusion due to a change of salesman, but all problems are happily resolved. We feel confident to return to them with any queries.

My Auris was in for service and MOT, and that side of the arrangement was, as always, carried out to perfection. Some repair and replacement work, of which I was aware, was checked for need and then completed. I made a special plea for a courtesy car as during the period of the service I had to attend a funeral, and my request was met with courtesy and efficiency. I have been a customer of Inchcape Toyota Guildford through five cars bought from and and subsequently cared for by them and I have never had cause to complain in the slightest respect.

I have just purchased my second car from here. Everything has gone more or less to plan although I did have to call them more this time than before. If they had been more proactive I would have given 5 stars. I can’t fault the service department so far. Hand over of the new car was fairly quick and not too much paperwork.
