We recently purchased a pre-owned CT200h from Paul at Lexus Guildford and the experience was great. We had our two young children with us for both visits and they were treated like royalty by Adele who made us feel extremely welcome.  Paul was a pleasure to do business with - knowledgeable, accommodating and allowed us the space to make decisions rather than (as is often the case in this industry) rushing to "close the deal".  The car has more than lived up to our expectations and we will look for an excuse to get another Lexus from Guildford in the future. Thank you, team.

A passing delivery van hit the side mirror of my parked Lexus RX 450H. Called Service Reception at Lexus Guildford who invited me to call in without a fixed appointment. Car speedily taken away. Plastic trim replaced, mirror movement and camera checked almost before I had time to drink a complementary coffee. Car returned within 30 minutes and no charge. This is my fourth Lexus RX and it is obvious with this level of service I always buy from Danny at Lexus Guildford. Highly recommended.

very well looked after, receptionist was extremely pleasant, helpful, facilities very good and kept advised at all times on cars service while I was waiting,  10/10

Overall good experience as I could drop my GS 300h and got a courtesy car for the day. The handler was exceptionally polite and explained everything well. One thing that has prevented me from giving a 5-star is that although I spent close to £500 on a full service the car was only washed from the outside and barely vacuumed on the inside - there was still dust visible on the centre console and near the shiny gear plastic. Having driven a number of german brands over the past few years, who all do a full interior clean and knowing the Lexus pride themselves over their customer service and satisfaction I would have expected at least a respectable clean job on the inside. I raised that with the handler and he informed me that they don't do a valet - although this was not even a cloth wipe. I still believe that a proper wipe job should be done given the amount being spent on a full service. I hope Lexus would improve upon this in future.
