My stay in the Zetter Townhouse was absolutely lovely. Loved the customized rooms but the bathtub was the cherry on top! Also, the staff overall were very sweet and helpful. The lounge is very cute and cozy for a good cocktailRooms: 5/5
Just had a great stay at the Zetter. Things I loved: great coffee station on each floor, clean pleasant room small but that's as I expected- though I was amused to see only pics of the grander rooms in the brochure :, friendly staff, nice lobby and sitting area, good restaurant for breakfast. Loved the homey touch of a water bottle on the bed, complete with knit cover. The door hangers also made me laugh out loud- "Leave Me Alone." Things that could have been better- I wasn't able to get the TV to work though I didn't bother asking for assistance- maybe just as well I didn't watch, my room was too warm the first night and couldn't turn the thermostat lower but an open window did the trick, and I wasn't able to get the over-the-bed reading light to work, but since it was just me that didn't really matter. Artificial sweeteners at the coffee stations would have been nice for us Americans, but then it wouldn't feel so authentically European. : And the flourescent lighting was a little over the top for me, but others may like it. Would definitetly stay there over again.
Had the best experience staying here. Not only is the food amazing but the staff are superb! I couldn't recommend these guys highly enough. I will 100% be coming back that's for sure
We booked Zetter Townhouse Clerkenwell for our intimate micro wedding. It was everything we hoped for and more. From the first visit, to the checkout after the wedding night, just felt like our perfect wedding venue and the coolest hidden gem in town. Staff were absolutely outstanding. Cannot thank Myriam enough who handled every request with biggest smile and patience leading up to the wedding day. Also Holly who moved from Events to Marketing but worked alongside Myriam to handle our requests. Carmen Karmen? who was the first to show us the Townhouse and literally ‘sold it’ to us and was amazing the night before the wedding helping myself the bride to settle in. Many thanks also to the whole crew on the wedding night - Stefan and others - we could not have asked for a better service and ambience everyone created. - We booked The Apartment the night before and for the wedding night. What an outstanding room for those looking for amazing photo opportunities; especially that myself, 6 bridesmaids, 3 make up/hairstylists and photographer fitted in for morning preparation and did not feel cramped. Must be the most spacious hotel room in London ! - Reception at Games Room followed by cocktails/dance at the Fireplace Lounge. All our guests absolutely loved every part of it. If you want something different with lots of soul and character - Zetter Townhouse is the place. Food was fantastic and so were the cocktails. We could not recommend you enough yet I would also like to keep it as our best kept secret. Thank you everyone at Zetter for making our day unforgettable. E & J
Literally Unbelievable. This place is Awesome, what a 'bar' The atmosphere is off the charts, and the employee's are incredible. Place is BUZZING! What a shot of Life! Food & drinks: Employees are Professionals who love their work, and are so good. Noteworthy details: It is like nowhere I have ever been before, I didn't want to leave. Honestly.
Cannot fault the hotel, the rooms or staff. We loved our stay and would love to come back when we can. This is a firm favourite place for a long weekend away.Rooms: 5/5
We chose this as our wedding venue due to its amazing decor and relaxed, casual atmosphere. The Games Room and Dining Room provided a wonderful backdrop to have our ceremony, reception and meal and our guests could not stop complimenting the quirky, wonderful space. We also stayed in the apartment room, which was luxurious and relaxing and found the staff to be happy to help with even the smallest thing. We would also like to thank Myriam, Hollie and Diogo for their help throughout the planning stage and during the wedding day. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a drink, somewhere to stay or to host an event. They are so wonderful. Thank you everyone!
Charming venue with the atmosphere of a friendly private members club. Lovely place for an afternoon catch up with an old friend or business associate. Convenient location that, nonetheless makes you feel like you are well off the beaten track. Great nibbles and snack style food, excellent cocktails and knowledgeable, professional and pleasant service.
The Zetter Hotel Clerkenwell review, by Flavour Venue Search The Flavour Venue Search summer research trip gave us an opportunity to check out some great new venues and revisit some old favourites. We made time for a stay at the beautiful Zetter Hotel Clerkenwell. In addition to housing stylish bedrooms and unique event spaces, this boutique hotel also has a special place in our hearts because we spent our wedding night at The Zetter a decade ago. We’re pleased to report the venue is just as magical as we remembered, possibly even more so. The Zetter Hotel Clerkenwell is found just a short walk from Farringdon station, offering excellent access to all of London and further afield via train, underground and the super-fast Elizabeth line. This charming neighbourhood is a design haven, and home to many great restaurants and bars. The Zetter Hotel, and the adjacent Zetter Townhouse contain 72 ultra-stylish and well-equipped bedrooms collectively. We were fortunate enough to stay in a magnificent Rooftop Suite, which was a real treat. In addition to tasteful styling, a gigantic comfortable bed, and modern appliances, we had our own outdoor roof terrace complete with a bathtub! All rooms feature workstations, REN products and Hypnos mattresses. Whether you’re a business traveller, shopper or sightseer, The Zetter Hotel Clerkenwell offers all you’ll need for a delightful stay. We’ve placed plenty of events at the Zetter Townhouse, which is only a few seconds walk from the main hotel. This Georgian townhouse contains a selection of uniquely quirky and intricately decorated spaces, which offer the pleasing aesthetics and versatility needed for a variety of memorable events. Wilhelmina’s lounge is a sumptuously decorated space in which to sip award winning cocktails. Guests can enjoy some of London’s finest private dining in the intimately opulent Dining Room.
