We had a wonderful stay at The Bloomsbury Hotel. The location is excellent, within walking distance of many attractions and surrounded by lovely cafés and restaurants.nnA special thank you to Mohammad, who kindly guided us through the halal choices every morning and made everything so much easier. Thanks also to María in the restaurant for their warm and friendly service.nnOur biggest thanks go to Kara at the reception. She was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. She always greeted us with a smile, patiently helped with every question, and made us feel truly welcome. She played a big part in making our stay so enjoyable.nnOur only small disappointment was that, based on the photos, we expected breakfast to be served in the beautiful restaurant at the entrance of the hotel. Instead, it was served on the lower ground floor, which was a little disappointing.nnAlso, while many of the rooms shown in the photos are bright and spacious, some rooms are much smaller, with tiny windows facing an internal light well, making them feel quite dark and lacking natural daylight. It’s something future guests may want to keep in mind when choosing a room.nnOverall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again.
Stunningly beautiful hotel in great central location. Everything about this hotel down to the smallest details has been chosen with care - from the restored original architectural features to the gorgeous wallpapers and art adorning every common area to the curated collection of books in our room designed to enhance our experience. We only had one night here but made the most of it: enjoying early evening cocktails in the pretty coral room with the fun & inspired menu, dining on The Galloway Terrace on a warm summer evening, And taking in the amazing breakfast buffet where we were well cared for by Estelita, Maria, and Mohammed. Though there was a slight delay with our check-in, the reception staff more than made up for it with extra care and amenities offered. This place is amazing!
We had a last-minute stay at The Bloomsbury Hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make everything smooth and stress-free.nnA special thank you to Suhaina, who was exceptionally helpful when checking us in. Her professionalism and friendly approach really stood out and made a big difference after a hectic day.nnOverall, a great experience and we’d happily stay again.
If I could put 7 stars to service I would! Marta and Ajeene at the reception were wonderful!!! I have never felt so welcomed in a hotel! The room was spacious for a triple occupancy, and location was just around the corner from Tottenham Court so perfectly central. The Coral room a perfect spot for a drink after a hot day out and about, with a generous menu of options for cocktails. We loved every second of our stay!
10/10 no notes. The staff are welcoming and all go the extra mile to make every guest feel special. The turndown service is most welcome and the way the rooms are tidied makes you feel like you have a personal maid.nnI’d like to give a special shoutout to the doorman Austin who is wonderful and very friendly every time we leave or come back to the hotel.nnNotably during the heatwave, the AC has been very effective and reception staff are more than happy to give extra bottles of complimentary water.
