We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Bloomsbury for our trip to London. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, every member of the team was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. It made our stay feel especially memorable.nnCoral Bar was a great space to have onsite. The atmosphere was beautiful, the cocktails were fantastic, and the service was outstanding. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring.nnBreakfast was exceptionally great, and the breakfast team deserves a special shoutout. Estelita, Maria, Daniela, Mohammed, and Mehedi were all incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming each morning. They went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of, and starting each day with their warm hospitality was such a highilight and lovely part of our stay.nnThe Bloomsbury is a beautiful hotel in a great location, but it was truly the people and the level of service that made our visit so special. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our mother-daughter trip and would absolutely return!
The Bloomsbury Hotel delivered one of the finest hotel experiences I have ever had. Ideally located in London's vibrant Soho district, it offers convenient access to Covent Garden, Leicester Square, theaters, museums, and many of the city's most iconic attractions.nnThe hotel strikes the perfect balance between luxury and charm. Its stylish, distinctly British décor creates a warm and sophisticated atmosphere, while the rooms are exceptionally comfortable. The beds are among the most comfortable I have slept in, and every meal was beautifully prepared and delicious.nnMost impressive of all was the staff. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine desire to ensure guests have an exceptional experience are unmatched. The level of service exceeded every expectation and made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend The Bloomsbury Hotel to anyone visiting London.
We had a last-minute stay at The Bloomsbury Hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make everything smooth and stress-free.nnA special thank you to Suhaina, who was exceptionally helpful when checking us in. Her professionalism and friendly approach really stood out and made a big difference after a hectic day.nnOverall, a great experience and we’d happily stay again.
10/10 no notes. The staff are welcoming and all go the extra mile to make every guest feel special. The turndown service is most welcome and the way the rooms are tidied makes you feel like you have a personal maid.nnI’d like to give a special shoutout to the doorman Austin who is wonderful and very friendly every time we leave or come back to the hotel.nnNotably during the heatwave, the AC has been very effective and reception staff are more than happy to give extra bottles of complimentary water.
My recent stay at the Bloomsbury Hotel in London was excellent, primarily due to the top-tier service. While there was a small mishap during check-in, the staff more than made up for it and were very gracious about the situation. The front desk remained professional during both arrival and departure, and I consistently noticed a doorman available to help us enter and exit the building.nnThe staff at the breakfast restaurant stood out for their friendly and professional attitude. I really appreciated that they took the time to call me by name each morning, and it was a highlight of the day seeing them. It was honestly hard to say goodbye to that team at the end of the trip. The rest of the dining experience was just as good; we had a great cocktail in one of their beautiful bars and ordered room service for dinner one night, which was delicious.nnAs for the room, it was very comfortable and well-appointed. I especially liked the large mirror and the nice furnishings and pillows. The espresso maker was a very useful addition that I used often. Housekeeping was also impressive, as they restocked all the items and made the bed twice a day. On top of the great on-site experience, the hotel is in a perfect spot for getting to Heathrow, with very easy access to the Elizabeth line. They really went above and beyond for us throughout the entire stay.
