"From 27 November 2021, booked face-to-face and virtual appointments will be available for patients registered and unregistered in all North West London boroughs. Appointments can be booked via a referral from NHS 111 or via self-referral by telephoning the clinic on 020 7534 6500. The booked service will treat patients with minor illness. It will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. The walk-in service remains suspended for patient and staff safety. Visit the CLCH website for more information."

This is the best medical center I've ever visited in the UK. I went there for a walk-in, and it took only about 10 minutes to see Eileen after registering. She is incredibly kind, warm-hearted, and professional. She tested my sample, prescribed medications, and even gave me a confirmation of attendance. I didn't even know I could get this type of document. How kind of her. She is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her patients. I'm so lucky to have met her, and I'm glad I chose this place. Thank you so much, Eileen, for all your kind help.
I almost never write reviews, but I have to share how wonderful my experience was here. I am from the USA and was in London on vacation, and I fell very ill. I had a terrible stomach bug for over 4 days and was becoming scared it was something more serious. I went to this clinic and was immediately treated with kindness and respect. I was seen VERY quickly by Polly, the NP, who was absolutely wonderful. Polly was kind, sympathetic, and confident. I cannot put into words how much better and more calm Polly made me feel about my situation. Highly recommend coming here, and thank you Polly!
A fantastic service. I was seen within 5 mins by a very thorough, caring and professional nurse practitioner Eileen who was able to prescribe the antibiotics etc. that I needed with very clear instructions. The pharmacy is literally next door which is so convenient. Thank you Eileen!
I went there for an urgent medical need but I was ignored and they never did the test for me although I sat there with my sample for more than 2 hours and reminded them that I am waiting and my situation is urgent. The worst place with the worst service! I have never seen anything like it anywhere else. Most disorganized place. I was waiting for 2 hours and when I asked the receptionist, she kept coming up with excuses. Don’t waste your time going there. Don’t run an urgent facility if you don’t want to deal with urgent cases. I had to go somewhere else.
Absolutely abhorrently rude nurse who laughed and scoffed and told me I should have gone to urgent medical care. I'm not from around here, I wanted some advice because I was worried, and she made me feel like an idiot for bothering. I'd rather suffer in silence than be treated like that again. Utterly disrespectful. Manners cost nothing. Do yourself a favour and find somewhere else.
I was unbelievably sick during my London trip and was relying only on nuroflen which only worsened my ear infectionacute otititis, dreadfully clogged nose, sore throat that i couldnt speak properly and 38.5 high fever which made me dizzy. When i came in with a cold sweat on Sunday, Saraapologies if spelling is incorrect was very calm and thorough with examining me and understanding my medical situation. Despite my constant nagging questions as I was flying long haul next day and wondering if i could survive the flight or cancel, she was really patient until the end and gave really helpful advice - it turned out I had covid again. Thank you so much Sara for your patience and guidance, and I’m really grateful for NHS walk in centre’s service.
Staff was so so friendly! I was shocked. First healthcare experience in the UK. I only waited maybe 5-10 minutes. They were able to stitch me up same day. In an out in an hour and a bit and I had a pretty serious injury. And all covered!
Absolutely terrible place! Disrespectful to clients, has been unable to treat my 1 ! tooth for a year, where they kept sending me to some other places and saying wrong diagnosis for all the time, constantly rescheduling my appointments because doctors needed to go home earlier ! and NEVER call back when they promise to call back about scheduling appointments or finding out more information. If I were you, I would think TWICE before going to this place.
Everyone was wonderful and very helpful and professional. I was seen within 10 minutes, the NP explained every step she was taking, and did thorough examinations, big thank you to everyone who I saw today.
I had such a great experience here - the staff from reception to care givers everyone was so friendly and helpful. Thank you especially to nurse Eileen C-J who was so kind and professional… no one was aware I have bad anxiety going to hospitals/clinics and usually don’t have to go on my own so thank you all for making this such a lovely experience at a very stressful time!
